Product availability

Mineral Fashion Store only processes an order placed by a customer after confirmation of payment, therefore Mineral Fashion Store cannot guarantee the availability of items until the beginning of said processing. The estimated date for dispatch of the product is between 24h and 48h. The estimated time for dispatch depends on the type of transport you have chosen, if there is more than one possibility. Mineral Fashion Store only dispatches on working days. Therefore, neither weekends nor holidays are counted for the estimated delivery of orders. In any case, the estimated delivery dates are merely indicative. For shipments within national territory, the estimated deadlines are 2 to 5 working days, after dispatch. In the case of international shipments, it is 10 working days for standard shipments and 2 to 5 working days for DHL Express shipments. If any item ordered is missing, Mineral Fashion Store may choose to: contact the supplier to inquire about the possibility of replacing the missing item, contacting the customer if the delivery time or the price of the item changes and the order will only proceed after consent given by the customer; or cancel the order refunding the customer all amounts paid. Any delay found in the dispatch of items, given the estimated dates presented, does not entitle you to compensation. International Shipping - Items may be subject to customs processing depending on the declared value of the item. Article 7 – Guarantees

Your order will only be reserved/processed after payment and in order for us to have good management of our stores, payment for said order must be made within a maximum period of 48 hours (orders using payment methods: ATM, Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer). If the return is due to a logistical error by Mineral Fashion Store, after contacting the customer, Mineral Fashion Store will collect the item, assuming the costs of the return, as well as the shipping costs of the correct product. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned. The return or exchange period, in the case of home delivery, begins on the day on which delivery is attempted by the distribution company, so the Customer must collect the order at the delivery points as soon as possible, if they are not at the indicated address. Complaints - Procedures

For complaints regarding defective items detected after use, proceed as follows:
1st SHIPPING - The customer undertakes to send us the merchandise and pay the shipping costs. After the first contact by the customer indicating that they wish to make a complaint, the process will have to be completed within a maximum period of 2 days, excluding the customer sending the item to our warehouse. In addition to these 2 days, there is an additional shipping time of 2 days (Mainland Portugal) and 7 days (Azores and Madeira) relating to the transit time of the expedition. The other destinations are variable with the delivery time from the country of origin. In any response (Not Accepted or Accepted), Mineral Fashion Store does not refund these shipping costs borne by the customer. 2nd ANALYSIS - After receiving the order from our warehouse, the item is analyzed by indicating the defect already indicated by the customer. This indication can be given by email with a photo or in a document describing the defect along with the order. The response to the customer will be given within a maximum of 1 month (maximum time to wait for a response from the brand). 3rd RESPONSE - The response to the complaint may be accepted or not accepted. The procedures for each decision are detailed below: Do Not Accept - The reasons are given to the customer by email. Mineral Fashion Store undertakes to resend the item to the customer as it was returned and bears the shipping costs; Accepted - If the complaint is accepted, the procedure is as follows: a) Mineral Fashion Store, having the same item available and the same size, sends the same product to the customer without defect and bears the shipping costs. b) If the item is not available for replacement, the customer may choose to replace it with another item, and the difference to be paid or returned will be calculated. The value of the item(s) may also be credited, up to 30 days after purchase, for orders with pre-payment (Multibanco, Credit Card, Bank Transfer and Paypal).

Order cancellation:

In the case of orders paid using credit, partial or total, the credit agreement is automatically and simultaneously considered resolved, without the right to compensation (article 8 of DL 143/2001, of April 26, as amended by DL 82 /2008, May 20). The return and exchange of items must comply with the following conditions: Return of items in good condition, with complete original packaging and accompanied by the respective invoice; Exchanges of personalized items according to the Customer's specifications are not accepted. All items will be checked upon arrival at our service and only those that comply with the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return. If you choose to return the amount, we inform you that: the refund is made by bank transfer. We ask that you provide us with an IBAN so that we can make the return more quickly. In the event that you have received defective items, Mineral Fashion Store will schedule their collection at the location you indicate to us, in the same delivery area as the original order, at no cost to the Customer. Applicable Law

Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the General Conditions of Contract and Use will be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court.
