Exchanges and Returns

Mineral Fashion Store accepts the exchange or return of its items within a maximum period of 30 days, provided that they have not been used. The return or exchange period, in the case of home delivery, begins on the day on which delivery is attempted by the distribution company, so the member must collect the order at the delivery points as soon as possible, if he/she is not at the indicated address. Returns will only be accepted within the stipulated period and exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Mineral Fashion Store does not accept exchanges/returns on items that have been used, personalized, or items that have their original packaging damaged. Transport costs arising from the exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an order being returned, only the value of the item(s) will be refunded, thus excluding the value of shipping costs. If the return is due to a logistical error on the part of Mineral Fashion Store, after contacting the customer, Mineral Fashion Store will remove the item, assuming the costs of the return, as well as the costs of shipping the correct product. Mineral Fashion Store does not accept returns sent for collection.

Alternatively, you may use the "Star Exchange or Return" tab available at the bottom of our homepage. You must also complete the return/exchange from included with your order and enclose it with you shipment.
For returns coming from countries outside the European Union (EU), we kindly request that the item be sent via registered mail to the adress below:

All items are subject to a contractual warranty, which does not prevent the legal warranty. Legal warranties associated with products, when applicable, are given by Mineral Fashion Store suppliers and must be activated according to the legal documentation that accompanies the product. The invoice serves as proof of purchase and the beginning of the legal warranty applicable to purchases made in www.mineralfashionstore.com.
