Shipping
Your order will only be reserved/processed after payment and, in order to ensure good logistics management, payment for said order must be made within a maximum period of 48 hours (orders made using the following payment methods: Multibanco, Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer). If you wish to reopen your order after this date, you can do so by email hello@mineralfashionstore.com, providing us with your order number. This will be processed again depending on stock availability.
The Customer may cancel their order at any time until delivery, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid. Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, the Customer may exercise its right to free resolution under the legally stipulated terms indicated below. Failure to pay for the order within 48 hours of the date it was placed will result in automatic cancellation.
The Mineral Fashion Store product catalogue is independent of the physical stores, both in terms of price and stock quantities. All promotional campaigns have limited stock and are exclusively for online sales. In the event of product unavailability and/or stock shortage, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order and will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid. Despite Mineral Fashion Store's efforts, some products may be listed at an incorrect price, which is why we check prices every time we process orders. If the price of the product is lower than the advertised price, we will refund the difference. If the price is higher, Mineral Fashion Store will present a new contractual proposal with the duly corrected price, pending confirmation or cancellation of the order.
In accordance with the provisions of Law 7/2004 of January 7, relating to electronic commerce, Mineral Fashion Store reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, computer malfunction or if the contractual proposal arriving at its destination deformed and the error affects an essential element of the contract.
