Product availability
Mineral Fashion Store only processes an order placed by a customer after confirmation of the respective payment, so Mineral Fashion Store cannot guarantee the availability of the articles until the beginning of said processing. The estimated date for dispatch of the product is between 24h to 48h. The estimated time for dispatch depends on the type of transport you have chosen, if there is more than one possibility. Mineral Fashion Store only ships on weekdays. In this way, neither weekends nor holidays are taken into account for the estimated delivery of orders. In any case, estimated delivery dates are merely indicative. If there is a lack of any good ordered, Mineral Fashion Store may choose to: contact the supplier inquiring about the possibility of replacing the missing article, contacting the customer if the delivery deadline or the price of the article changes and the order will only proceed after consent given by the customer, or cancel the order by refunding the customer of all amounts paid. Any delay in the dispatch of items, in relation to the estimated dates presented, does not confer the right to compensation. Article 7 - Warranties
Your order will only be reserved/processed after payment and in order for us to have a good management of our stores, the payment of that order must be made within a maximum period of 48 hours (orders using the payment methods: ATM, Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer). This will be processed again subject to stock availability.
Mineral Fashion Store accepts the exchange or return of its items within a maximum period of 14 days, as long as they have not been used, nor their original packaging damaged. Transport costs arising from the exchange or return are borne by the customer. In case of order return, only the value of the item(s) is refunded, thus excluding the value of shipping costs. In the event that the return is at the origin of a logistical error by the Mineral Fashion Store, after contacting the customer, the Mineral Fashion Store will collect the article, assuming the costs of the return, as well as the shipping costs of the correct product.
Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.
The return or exchange period, in the case of home delivery, begins on the day the delivery company attempts to deliver, so the Customer must collect the order at the delivery points as soon as possible, if is absent from the indicated address. Returns will only be accepted within the stipulated period and exchanges are subject to stock availability. Mineral Fashion Store does not accept returns sent to collection. All articles are subject to a contractual guarantee, which does not preclude the legal guarantee. Pursuant to the provisions of Law 7/2004 of 7 January, concerning electronic commerce, Mineral Fashion Store reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, computer malfunction or if the proposal contract arrives deformed at its destination and that the error concerns an essential element of the contract.
Complaints - Procedures
For complaints about defective items detected after use, proceed as follows:
1st SHIPPING - The customer undertakes to send us the goods and pay the shipping costs. After the first contact by the customer indicating that he wants to make a complaint, the process must be completed within a maximum period of 2 days, excluding the customer sending the article to our warehouse. In addition to these 2 days, an additional 2 days (Mainland Portugal) and 7 days (Azores and Madeira Archipelago) will be added to the expedition\'s transit time. The remaining destinations vary with the delivery time of the country of origin. Mineral Fashion Store in any response (Do Not Accept or Accept), does not return these shipping costs borne by the customer.

The answer to the customer will be given within a maximum time of 1 month (maximum time to wait for a response from the brand).
3rd RESPONSE - The response to the complaint may be accepted or not accepted. The procedures for each decision are described below: No Accept - The reasons are given to the customer by email. Mineral Fashion Store undertakes to resend the article to the customer as it was returned and bears the shipping costs, Accepted - If the claim is accepted, proceed as follows: a) Mineral Fashion Store, having the same item available and the same size, sends the same product without defect to the customer and bears the shipping costs. b) Without availability of the article for replacement, the customer may choose to replace another article, calculating the difference to be paid or returned. The value of the item(s) can also be credited, up to 30 days after purchase, for orders with prepayment (ATM, Credit Card, Bank Transfer and Paypal).
Order cancellation:
In the case of orders paid using partial or total credit, the credit agreement is automatically and simultaneously considered to be terminated, without the right to compensation (article 8 of DL 143/2001, of 26 April with the wording given by the DL 82/2008, of 20 May). The return and exchange of items must comply with the following conditions: Return of items in good condition, with complete original packaging and accompanied by the respective invoice, Exchanges of personalized items according to the Customer\'s specifications are not accepted. All items will be checked upon arrival at our service and only those that comply with the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return. If you choose to return the amount, we inform you that: the refund is made by bank transfer. We ask that you provide us with an IBAN so that we can make the return faster. In the event that you have received defective items, Mineral Fashion Store will schedule their collection at the place you indicate, in the same delivery area as the original order, without any charges for the Customer. The return will be made after checking the condition of the product. Mineral Fashion Store reserves the right not to accept items that do not meet these conditions.
Applicable Law

Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the General Conditions of Contract and Use will be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court. If our client is outside mainland Portugal, we inform you that any legal process must be referred to the Portuguese Courts.
