Product availability

Mineral Fashion Store will not process an order placed by a customer until the relevant payment has been confirmed, therefore Mineral Fashion Store cannot guarantee the availability of items until processing has commenced. The estimated time of dispatch of the goods is between 24h and 48h. The estimated shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose, if there are multiple options. The Mineral Fashion Store only ships on weekdays. Thus, neither weekends nor holidays are taken into account in the estimated delivery of orders. In any case, estimated delivery dates are indicative only. In the event that an ordered item is missing, Mineral Fashion Store has the option to: contact the supplier to inquire about the possibility of replacing the missing item, contact the customer if there is a change in the delivery time or price of the item. the order will only be fulfilled upon the customer's approval, or cancel the order by refunding the customer all amounts paid. Any delay in shipping items, given the estimated dates indicated, will not entitle the customer to any compensation. International Shipping - Items may be subject to customs clearance depending on the declared value of the item. Article 7 – Guarantees

Your order will be reserved/processed only after payment and in order to have a good management of our stores, payment for this order must be made within 48 hours (orders via payment methods: ATM, Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer). Mineral Fashion Store accepts exchanges or returns of its items within a maximum period of 14 days, provided they have not been used and the original packaging is not damaged. Any shipping costs incurred as a result of the exchange or return will be borne by the customer. In the event of a return, only the value of the item(s) will be refunded, i.e. not the value of the shipping costs. In the event that the return is due to a logistical error on the part of Mineral Fashion Store, Mineral Fashion Store will, after contacting the customer, collect the item and pay the return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs for the correct product.

Custom made items cannot be exchanged or returned.

The time period for returns or exchanges, in the case of home delivery, begins on the day delivery is attempted by the distribution company, so the customer must pick up the order as soon as possible at the delivery locations if they are not at the address provided. Returns will only be accepted if made within the specified time period and exchanges will be subject to availability of the goods. Mineral Fashion Store will not accept returns sent on collection. If the price is higher, Mineral Fashion Store will present a new contract proposal with the duly corrected price and wait for the confirmation or cancelation of the order. In accordance with the provisions of Law 7/2004 of 7 January on electronic commerce, Mineral Fashion Store reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order in the event of a programming error or computer malfunction or if the contract proposal arrives at its destination deformed and the error affects an essential element of the contract.

Complaints - Procedures

For claims of defective items found after use, proceed as follows:

1. SHIPPING - The customer agrees to send the item to us and pay the shipping costs. After initial contact by the customer stating that they wish to make a claim, the process must be completed within a maximum of 2 days, not including the shipping of the item by the customer to our warehouse. To these 2 days must be added the shipping time of another 2 days (Mainland Portugal) and 7 days (Archipelago of the Azores and Madeira), related to the transit time of the expedition. The other destinations are variable, depending on the delivery time from the country of origin. Mineral Fashion Store , in any answer (not accepted or accepted), does not return these shipping costs supported by the customer.

2. ANALYSIS - Upon receipt of the order in our warehouse, the article will be analyzed, indicating the defect already indicated by the customer. This indication can be made by e-mail with a photo or in a document describing the defect, together with the order. The response to the customer will be made within a maximum time of 1 month (maximum waiting time for a response from the brand).

3. ANSWER - The response to the complaint can be accepted or not. The following are the procedures for each decision: Not accepted - The customer will receive a detailed explanation by email. Mineral Fashion Store undertakes to return the item to the customer as it has been returned and will pay the shipping costs, Accepted - If the complaint is accepted, the procedure will be in the following order: a) If the same item is available in the same size, Mineral Fashion Store will send the same product to the customer without defects and will pay the shipping costs. b) If the item is not available as a replacement, the customer may choose another item and the difference to be paid or returned will be charged. For orders with prepayment (ATM, Credit Card, Bank Transfer and Paypal), the value of the item(s) may also be credited up to a limit of 30 days after purchase.

Order Cancellation:

In the case of orders paid in whole or in part by credit, the credit agreement is automatically and simultaneously canceled, without the right to compensation (article 8 of DL 143/2001, of 26 April with the wording of DL 82/2008, of 20 May). Return and exchange of items must meet the following conditions: Return of items in good condition, with complete original packaging and enclosing the relevant invoice, exchanges of custom-made items will not be accepted, according to the customer. All items are checked when they arrive at our service and will only be accepted for exchange or return if you comply with the return policy. If you decide to return the item, please note that: the refund will be made by bank transfer. We ask that you provide us with a IBAN so that we can process the return more quickly.
